Hidden Valley wants your group experience to be easy, convenient and fun, right from the start. And that includes planning and registering your group. We've simplified the process to just two choices:

  1. Option #1 - Register your group 3 days in advance, 15% Discount off Regular Rates!
  2. Option #2 - Pay online, in full, 3 days in advance. 25% Discount off Regular Rates!

 Register your group 3 days in advance and pay in full when you arrive and check-in.  One payment only for your group please.  (cash, check, money order, credit card)

After 15 Paid skiers, the Leader skis for free!* (For every additional 25 paid skiers/boarders - 1 free Lift/Rental package. - For use on the same day.
Option #2 - Pay online, in full, in advance. 25% Discount off Regular Rates!
You Need: 15 or More Skiers/Boarders
PREPAY for the entire Group online at least 3 days in advance
You Save: 25% off of Regular Rates
Your Benefits: GREATEST  Discount
EXPRESS CHECK-IN - your tickets will be printed ahead and ready when you arrive!  After 15 Paid skiers, the Leader skis for free!* (For every additional 25 paid skiers/boarders - 1 free Lift/Rental package - For use on the same day.)
Special Extra Benefit for Returning Groups!
You Need: 15 or More Skiers/Boarders
RETURN visit for the Group (same leader) in the same season.
You Save: Additional 10% off of Groups Rates
An Extra Benefit: Return for a third visit, in the same season, you will receive 50% off of Regular Rates.

WHERE TO START
Ask yourself a few simple questions…

  1. How many people can I get together? (Minimum of 15)
  2. How much time do I have to schedule before my planned date? (3 days for prepay online for 25%, 3 days to book reservation online for 15% discount)
  3. Do I want to wait in line when I arrive or have my tickets all printed and ready for me? (25% prepay more convenient on trip day!)
  4. Can I collect from everyone & pay all at once online with a credit card? (25% Discount)
  5. Do I want to be able to make changes at the time of check-in? (Available with 15% Discount Only)

With either one of the above Group Options,
there are a few guidelines that you need to know:

  • If you are using Option #1 and checking in and paying when you arrive at Hidden Valley, you may make changes - additions or subtractions (not below the minimum of 15) at the initial time of check-in only, not once check-in is completed.
  • The Group leader will provide payment upon arrival. Cash, Check (From Organization or M.O. - One check only please - not multiples), or Credit Card (One CC charge - not multiples.) Master Card, Visa or Discover
  • There are no further changes allowed once you have completed the check in or online prepay process.
  • These discounts are not applicable to special rates, they only apply to our regular posted rates.
  • If you prepay in full online, you will need to know exactly how many and what type of tickets you will need because there will be no refunds or exchanges once your online transaction is complete. Your tickets will be left at the Group Check In window at Hidden Valley. On your ski date, your group leader will pick up your ticket package upon arrival and you are ready to go. No waiting in line or check-in procedures.
  • Early Midnight Check-Ins available
  • No waiting in regular ticket lines
