Group Rates
These Group Rates do not include Missouri sales tax. Any groups claiming sales tax exemption must provide a copy of their Tax Exemption Certificate to Hidden Valley with their reservation or purchase. (If registering online, please fax or email a copy to the attention of Group Sales 636-938-6936 - or - email groups@skihv.com.) Be sure to include your Group name and ski date with your fax for identification. If you do not have a tax-exempt letter, 7.425% MO Sales tax will be added on to your total. Equipment rental is subject to availability and issued on a first come-first served basis. Equipment cannot be reserved. (We have 1200 sets of skis and 500 sets of snowboards).

Group ski lessons are 1 hour and meet at specified times, throughout the day, beginning at 9:00 am on weekends and holidays. Group snowboard lessons are 1½ hours. Group lessons start at 1:00 pm on weekdays. You must purchase a snow pass (& rental if needed) to participate in lessons.

Ages 7 & under require a Private or Snow Monster lesson. These lessons and all others not listed above must be purchased at the ticket window - no discount available. Call the Snowsports Academy at ext. 3304 to make a reservation for a Private or Snow Monster lesson.
* If there is a question or dispute over the age given for a child and there is no way to verify, Hidden Valley reserves the right to go by height to make the determination:
7 - 12 year olds … 45 - 56 inches
6 & under … 44 inches or less
