Season  Passes are Non-Refundable unless the  pass holder is unable to ski/snowboard due to a medical reason or a work transfer.  A letter on letterhead, dated and signed by a doctor or employer is required for verification.  All refund requests must be received in writing, by Hidden Valley within 14 days of the medical incident or work transfer.  

There is a $50 processing fee charged to refund a pass. If the pass has been used, all visits will be calculated at the current daily price and deducted from the amount of the refund in addition to the processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be processed after January 31, 2013 - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Lost or stolen season passes will be reissued for a $50 replacement fee.

Family of 4 Pass

This pass is a great way to get the entire family off of the couch and out skiing or boarding. It is good for up to 4 members of the same family living in the same household. Qualified dependant is defined by the IRS tax code, i.e.spouse, and dependant children up to the age of 18, or 24 if a full time student. Proof of marriage may be required. You may also be asked to provide a copy of your income tax return to verify eligibility for spouse/dependents.

Each additional family member may be added to this pass for only $150. This pass is valid for one snow pass every day that Hidden Valley is open.

Additional Family Member Pass

THIS PASS MUST BE PURCHASED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FAMILY OF 4 PASS ONLY.....

This is the extention for large families that all want to go skiing or snowboarding together. With the purchase of a Family of 4 Pass, you can add additional dependents in the family living in the same household. This pass is valid for one snow pass every day that Hidden Valley is open. This price will also increase as the season continues.

It is subject to all the same conditions as Individual and Family of 4 Passes. Each pass is good for one snow pass per session anytime Hidden Valley is open. Each pass holder must pick up and wear a daily lift ticket from the ticket window each time they ski/board at Hidden Valley. Passes are not transferable. Misuse of pass or violation of area rules can result in loss of pass and/or prosecution.

Pick-A-Day Pass

The Pick-A-Day Pass entitles you to 1 all-day snow pass per week, Monday through Sunday, any time that Hidden Valley is open. This pass is good for 1 session per week. So, if you ski the all day session during the weekend, you may not ski that night on midnight. If you miss a week, your day will be lost.

Moonlight Marathon Pass

The Moonlight Marathon Pass is great for those extreme skiers & boarders who love to ski / board all night long. This pass is valid from 6pm – 3am on Friday & Saturday nights when we offer our MIDNIGHT sessions. As an added bonus this pass is also valid on our 2 late night Sunday sessions before Martin Luther King’s Birthday & President’s Day.

VIP Child 6 and Under Pass
