Closed for the 16/17 Season:

We're sad to announce that Hidden Valley is officially closed for the 16/17 season. With a warm stretch and fluctuating temps for most of February, our snow base took a major hit.   We had hopes of firing up the snowmaking system one last time but the long-term forecast didn’t look favorable.  Hopefully, Mother Nature will play nice next winter.  See you in December 2017!

Thank you to everyone who came out to Hidden Valley this season!

Polar Plunge Snow Tubing:  Closed for the 16/17 Season.

Snow Tubing:

A general rule for snow tubing is that fresh natural snow makes the tube runs slower, not faster.  Very cold weather generally means faster runs.  A medium temp day with the sun out may also make for faster runs as the top layer of snow may melt just a little and increase the speed.  It is always a good idea to walk down and check things out for yourself before you purchase your ticket.
