Lift Operator - You are the copilot, concierge and safety engineer of a multi-million dollar machine. You are responsible for the safe, friendly and efficient travel of our guests and fellow teammates as they navigate premier terrain. Make our guests feel welcomed by joining our team as a Lift Operator!
Snowmaker - The entry snowmaker will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks that are essential to the safe production of quality snow, with the goal of gaining experience and knowledge to be able to progress to the next level in the snowmaking department. The entry snowmaker will be under the direction of more experienced staff and department supervisors.
Rental Technician - Rental Technicians are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service through assisting customers with rental equipment.
Food and Beverage - The food and beverage department strives to prepare the highest quality food and beverage items while maintaining a relaxing and clean environment for our guests to enjoy at Hidden Valley. As a member of our food and beverage department it is important to recognize that we follow all Health Department codes to provide the highest quality product. This department may assist in a variety of job duties throughout the resort with the common goal of creating an excellent experience for each guest that visits Hidden Valley.
Terrain Park Attendant - The Terrain Park Attendant is a labor intensive position that is responsible for construction, maintenance, and repair of all features as well as promoting safety awareness, educating on Terrain Park etiquette, and providing positive guest relations within the terrain parks and half pipe. The Terrain Park Attendant will provide exceptional guest service and work outdoors in all weather conditions for the entire day. Other duties as assigned.
Product Sales Agent - Service Agents are a part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department and are responsible for selling tickets and season passes at various ticket office locations. Agents deliver outstanding customer service and provide quality information about all products and services to our guests.
Tubing Attendant - The Activities Attendant will assist guests in completing liability release forms and establishes crowd control. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
