Get To Know The Resort
Preparing For Your Trip

- Helmet: The use of helmets is strongly recommended. Children age 14 and under must wear a winter sport protective helmet while participating in a Ski and Ride School lesson or program. Helmets are available for rent in our rental building, or for purchase in our retail shop.
- Warm clothes including moisture wicking base layers, mid layers to trap body heat, and water-resistant outerwear, warm calf-high socks, and gloves or mittens.
- Goggles or sunglasses
- Sunscreen is recommended, even on cloudy days.
- Don’t have your own gear? Rent with Hidden Valley and let our experts fit you with the best boots, skis or snowboard for your best day on the mountain.
- Lift Access: All lesson participants must have a valid lift ticket or pass. Tickets can be purchased online with a group lesson package or separately here.
First time on mountain this season? Make sure you review and sign the waiver in your account prior to your trip.
Getting Here
Ski & Snowboard parking is located anywhere in the main lot.
Tubing parking is located at the tubing lodge on the far left as you enter the parking lot.
Arriving on Mountain
Start your adventure at our Main Lodge building. As you enter from the parking lot, you will immediately find our outdoor ticket windows, where you can purchase lift tickets, rentals and lessons. Ski School check-in is at the Hidden Valley Tent next to the Snow Cat. Rentals can be picked up in the building directly to the left of the main lodge.
Pro-Tip! Download the Base Area Map, and look for the Blue flags.
Make the most of your time on the slopes. Purchase online in advance and then utilize the Express Lift Ticket Pick-Up, before heading directly to rental for your gear!

The More You Snow
- We are thrilled to welcome so many new to the sport! The website is key to help you book and secure everything you need in advance of your arrival.
- Book your rentals, online, in advance! This will save time and money. Equipment rental NOT included in your lift ticket and must be booked as a separate purchase.
- New to the sport? Schedule a lesson. It is the very best way for you to fall in love with the sport and return for a second visit! (We want to see you come back!)
- Tubing is NOT included with your lift ticket or pass. Tubing needs to be a separate ticket.
- Dress in layers to make it easy for you to adjust and stay comfortable.
- Download the My Epic app and check the alerts to get the latest real-time updates on the mountain.

Plan Your Day On The Mountain
Start Your Day Off
Refuel During the Day
Take a break and refuel for lunch, dinner, or even just a snack! Enjoy indoor seating or warm up by the fire pit outside.
Ending Your Day
Gather around the fire pit, pop inside for a bite to eat, or gather for evening après. Hidden Valley offers night skiing, boarding, & tubing, so stick around and ski under the lights and see why we are a Hidden Gem.
